Lovely hotel with excellent and unbeatable location short walk to the IOI mall which has plenty of shops options and food options as well as shops and food options. Brand-new room and nicely furnished, with climate control, a safe box, and multi-channel TV. Delicious and absolutely superb breakfast and lots of goodies. A really comfortable way to end my trip.

The rooms were beautifully designed in general, with free breakfast. The breakfast was delicious and superb and the parking was on site. The staff was friendly and we could use wake up service and ironing free of charge.

The location was favourable as for me, just next door to a mall which has plenty to eat and shop and the city center. The bed was good, the room was tidy and huge in the condition untidy.

The hotel of choice in Putrajaya. Lovely brand-new property, worth its 5 stars. Good location in Putrajaya, next to the IOI mall which has plenty of shops options, the restaurant, and sightseeing. Excellent co-operating staff members, well-designed rooms with free breakfast and a twin bed, as for instance.

The staff members were all consistently courteous and polite. Room was impeccably clean and huge and available with comfy bed and free breakfast, as example.

Enjoyed our stay in this place. Had a superb stay during holidays, everything was perfect. It was in an incredible location with friendly staff.

Truly enjoyed our trip in this beautiful designed and ideal hotel. The most important was the staff - well-trained and helpful people. The room in the condition untidy. A safe, multi-channel TV, and a mini bar fridge were perfect. That venue was in a strategic and comfortable location, right beside a reputable shopping centre.

All the facilities are amazing, impeccably clean hotel, its location is excellent and absolutely perfect in a good area. The restaurant serves fine Indian food.

Consistently courteous and welcoming staff, early check in. Good location, easy walk to everywhere. For tea or coffee visit Franco nearby.

Tbh, had a superb stay for a long holiday peaceful visit. The hotel was impeccably clean, I greatly enjoyed it.

Absolutely perfect location, delicious and superb breakfast with lots of food. Location close enough to Kajang, a mall which has plenty to eat and shop, and Putrajaya, Cyberjaya, Bangi, Seri Kembangan and Puchong.

The staff were welcoming and our room was new-fashioned with comfy bed, the condition and bathtub.

Spacious room, connected to mall. Wide, comfortable bathroom. Two-sided view. Honeymoon suite with cake provided. Excellent staff, from reception to housekeeping. Jackson Kho's warmth, graciousness, and helpfulness were appreciated. Good customer service, especially for anniversary celebration. Comfy bed and free WiFi. Good location near shopping complex. Food, particularly the char koay teow, was enjoyable.

The hotel was a fantastic base for enjoying an awesome area, not far from shopping complex and the IOI Putrajaya mall. Had fashionable, large room with shower and comfy bed and nice view. It was very handy to have coffee & tea making machines and a refrigerator.

Even though everything was outstanding, some of the staff were not pleasant.
